Terms of Use

Version 29 August 2026 · Draft for professional legal review before production launch.

1. Platform role

Advonexa provides technology and administrative coordination for clients seeking consultations with independent advocates. Advocate profiles contain factual professional information. Advonexa is not a court, government authority, Bar Council, law firm, or guarantee of representation or outcome.

2. Accounts and accurate information

Users must provide accurate account and contact information, protect login credentials, and use the platform lawfully. Client requests are linked to the authenticated client account.

3. Advocate relationship

An advocate remains professionally independent and is responsible for deciding whether to accept a consultation, conflicts, professional duties, legal advice, representation and any further engagement. A platform booking does not itself create a continuing advocate-client engagement beyond the booked consultation.

4. Payments

Displayed consultation charges are collected through the configured payment provider. A booking is treated as paid only after server-side payment verification. Payment records, receipts, refunds and advocate payouts are recorded separately.

5. Scheduling

Scheduling is confirmed only after the assigned advocate accepts and Advonexa records the appointment. Online consultations use the recorded meeting link; offline consultations use the recorded location.

6. Documents

Users should upload only documents necessary for the consultation. Documents are not public. Advonexa may review sharing permissions before material is made available to an advocate.

7. No outcome guarantee

No listing, verification review, payment, matching decision or consultation guarantees a particular legal result.

8. Acceptable use

Users must not misuse accounts, submit unlawful material, impersonate others, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.

9. Changes and support

Operational features and policies may be updated. Material policy changes should be versioned and presented for renewed consent where appropriate.

10. Governing terms

These draft terms are intended for an India-based service and must be reviewed by qualified Indian counsel before live commercial use, including jurisdiction, tax, consumer, professional-conduct and dispute-resolution clauses.
